New England RHEC’s Webinar on Rhode Island's Approach to Youth Workforce Development

NERHEC is hosting a webinar on Jan. 23 at 1 pm EST for at Roger Williams University (RI) to present its Community Development Program. The webinar will focus on workforce development for youth of color that is rooted in educational opportunities and career exploration/exposure, both of which result in healthy outcomes.

Menominee Youth Empowerment Program: Addressing Disparities in At-Risk Tribal Youth

The Federal Interagency Health Equity Team (FIHET) is hosting a Jan. 25 webinar that will discuss the Menominee Youth Empowerment Program (MYEP) and will focus on the ways in which MYEP has worked towards reducing disparities by addressing unhealthy behaviors in at-risk minority youth ages 11 to 14.
