This notice is to inform you of two upcoming advanced reactor webinars to be held on September 22, and September 24, 2020.

(1) September 22, 2020 -  Public Meeting to Discuss the Part 53 Risk-Informed, Technology-Inclusive Regulatory Framework for Advanced Reactor Rulemaking White Paper - Meeting Information (click here) 

The NRC staff will host a webinar to provide an opportunity for external stakeholders and the NRC staff to exchange information on the NRC’s development of a regulatory framework for advanced nuclear reactors. Additional information is available in the NRC White Paper titled “Questions Supporting ACRS and Public Interactions on Developing a Risk-Informed, Technology-Inclusive Regulatory Framework for Advanced Reactors” (Part 53 White Paper ADAMS Accession No. ML20195A270).

(2) September 24, 2020, Advanced Reactor Stakeholder Meeting to Discuss Technology Inclusive Content of Application Project, and the Advanced Reactor Content of Application Project - Meeting Information (click here)

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss with the nuclear industry and other stakeholders the industry-led Technology Inclusive Content of Application Project (TICAP), and the NRC-led Advanced Reactor Content of Application Project (ARCAP).
