Highlights of this edition

  • NOAA OCS HSD Contracts Team Lead, Michael Stephens, visited Leidos's R/V Sea Innovator I in Baltimore, MD and was able to see the vessel, gain insight into the Leidos data collection and processing software, hydrographic survey systems integration and meet with some of the Leidos hydrographic survey team.
  • The NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson processed data acquired on projects OPR-W386-TJ-22 and OPR-W387-TJ-22, while working alongside MOC-A for dockside repairs.

 OPR-E347-KR-22 Central Chesapeake Bay, MD

Recap

  •  The 30’ vessel R/V Oyster Bay II continued survey operations all week with weather related delays part of 27OCT2022 through 29OCT2022.
  • The R/V Sea Innovator I continued survey operations on various sheets.
  • The R/V Sea Innovator I returned to port and 26OCT2022 onwards were in port processing data to verify quality and coverage from the main scheme data acquired to date.
