OPR-W386-TJ-22 Approaches to Cleveland, OH
Recap
- The NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson completed pilot training and integrated autonomous survey vehicle, DriX, into operations.

- The ship arrived in Cleveland, OH for its regularly schedule in port on 09SEP2022.

- The ship will get underway on 12SEP2022 and conduct survey operations on OPR-W386-TJ-22 with the ship, 2903, and DriX.

OPR-O190-FA-22 West Prince of Wales, Alaska
Recap:
- NOAA Ship Fairweather completed integration and testing of optionally crewed hydro survey launch (OHSL) capabilities on launches 2806 and 2807.

- Hydrographic survey crew travelled to the Chesapeake Bay 6SEP2022 to finalize mobilization and calibrations (Sea Acceptance Testing) on the 30’ vessel R/V Oyster Bay II. The field office was also established in the Kents Narrows, MD area.
- Mobilization of the 135’ vessel R/V Sea Innovator I.
Looking Forward
- Complete calibrations (Sea Acceptance Testing) on the R/V Oyster Bay II and commence survey operations. Some weather impacts forecasted for Sunday 11SEP2022.
- Mobilization and transit of the R/V Sea Innovator I to the Chesapeake Bay, MD.
