Check out NIH’s presentation on CEAL
On Nov. 9, from 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. ET, CEAL co-lead George Mensah, M.D., director of The Center for Translation Research and Implementation Science at NHLBI, will participate in the “Developing, Funding and Strengthening the Capacity of Community-Based Participatory Research Projects” panel session. He will discuss how CEAL is counteracting misinformation about COVID-19, building trust in science, promoting inclusive participation in research, and strengthening local infrastructures for community-engaged research to advance health equity.

Visit the NIH CEAL booth and industry theater
Starting Nov. 6, visit booth 122 to meet CEAL team members and pick up CEAL resources. On Nov. 8 at 1:20 p.m. ET in the exhibit hall, attend the special AWS Industry Theater presentation “Community-Engaged Research: Partnering for a Healthier Future.” Speakers will be Matthew Kreuter, Ph.D., M.P.H., Missouri CEAL, and Yvette Castañeda, Ph.D., M.P.H., M.B.A., CEAL Chicagoland.
