Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) |
|
NCI Clinical and Translational Exploratory/Developmental Studies
Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), NCI intends to support research directly related to advancements in cancer treatment, diagnosis, prevention, comparative oncology, symptom management, or reduction of cancer disparities.
PAR-25-139 (R21 Clinical Trial Optional)
Expires: July 2, 2025
Biology of Bladder Cancer
Through these NOFOs, NCI encourages applications that investigate the biology and underlying mechanisms of bladder cancer to help better the understanding of bladder cancer biology and contribute to the future development of new interventions.
PAR-25-128 (R21 Clinical Trial Optional) PAR-25-129 (R01 Clinical Trial Optional)
Expires: September 8, 2025
Digital Health Technology Derived Biomarkers and Outcome Assessments for Remote Monitoring and Endpoint Development
|
The purpose of this NOFO is to support rigorous development and validation of Digital Health Technology derived biomarkers or clinical outcome assessments for remote monitoring to fill a defined unmet clinical endpoint for interventional clinical trials.
PAR-25-170 (UG3/UH3 Clinical Trial Optional)
Expires: June 23, 2026
Utilizing the PLCO Biospecimens Resource to Bridge Gaps in Cancer Etiology and Early Detection Research
|
Through this NOFO, NCI encourages applications that support the biochemical and genetic analyses of cancer risk, and the discovery and validation of early detection biomarkers. Selected applicants will use the unique biorepository resources of the NCI-sponsored Prostate, Lung, Colorectal, and Ovarian Cancer (PLCO) Screening Trial.
PAR-25-248 (U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)
Expires: October 9, 2027
Clinical Characterization of Cancer Therapy-induced Adverse Sequelae and Mechanism-based Interventional Strategies
|
The purpose of this NOFO is to promote research studies designed to address adverse sequelae of cancer therapies that persist and become chronic co-morbidities or develop as delayed posttreatment effects.
