Building Bridges in Cancer Symptom Science: Symptom Science in the Context of Cancer Caregiving

This webinar will focus on the role of cancer caregivers in promoting symptom management and optimal cancer outcomes. The speakers, Kathrin Milbury, Ph.D. (left), from University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Karla T. Washington, Ph.D., LCSW (right), from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, will discuss the importance of addressing caregivers’ wellbeing during cancer. Interventions designed to optimize health and quality of life for the patient-caregiver unit also will be discussed.

2024 NCI Cohort Consortium Annual Meeting

The 2024 Annual Meeting of NCI Cohort Consortium will bring together consortium researchers to discuss emerging science, opportunities for collaboration, and ideas for new scientific projects. The main meeting is organized into two days: November 14, 2:00-5:00 p.m. ET and November 15, 10:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. ET. Additional hybrid Project Group meetings will be held in November before the annual meeting.
