New NIDDK video urges participation in clinical trials
Clinical research wouldn’t happen without study participants giving of themselves to help make everyone’s health better. Dr. Griffin P. Rodgers outlines why it’s important to include volunteers who represent the people most affected by a disease or illness.
NIH puts focus on eliminating workplace harassment, discrimination
All NIDDK employees, trainees, contractors and volunteers attended anti-harassment town hall meetings in early 2019 to encourage education and open dialogue. NIDDK’s efforts were part of a larger push for culture change.
Dr. Lynch directs NIDDK’s Office of Nutrition Research, leading nutrition research at NIDDK and coordination across NIH. He is also chief of the Nutrition Research Branch in NIDDK’s Division of Digestive Diseases and Nutrition.
