A Reminder on Key Terms ✏️ 
It’s easy to get FMMI, FIET, and Fiori confused. Here’s a refresher on what each of them mean: 

• FMMI (Financial Management Modernization Initiative): USDA’s financial management system. The upgraded system is still called FMMI. 
• FIET (FMMI Intelligent Enterprise Transformation): The project by which FMMI has been upgraded from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. 
• Fiori: The new tile-based interface that serves as the primary FMMI interface.

Grantor and GRC Reminder 📢 
Continue to access Grantor and Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) via Portal, the same way you accessed them before the FMMI upgrade. All other transactions are now located in Fiori. 

Shorthand Code Resources 🗂️
If you’re a Shorthand Code user, we highly recommend visiting the Shorthand Code resources available in FMMI Online Help. To access, go to FMMI Online Help > User Support by Material Type > Online Help Procedures > General > Fiori General. Three Shorthand Code online help procedures are available:  

• Display Shorthand Code
• Manage Shorthand Code – Modify
• Manage Shorthand Code – Add 

Layouts and Report Variants📊
Layouts allow users to personalize how data is displayed. Report variants allow users to save predefined selection criteria for reports, reducing repetitive data entry. To create layouts and reports variants in Fiori, use the step-by-step guide here.
