Eligible TRICARE Select enrollees have a new resource that can help them stay healthy—even when they are in a new place. From dealing with an injury while travelling to finding a new doctor when you move, a new program from TRICARE can help eligible TRICARE Select enrollees. 

TRICARE Select Navigator, administered by Accolade, provides confidential and personalized health benefit support from a team of nurses for TRICARE Select beneficiaries who meet certain eligibility criteria.

How can TRICARE Select Navigator help?
TRICARE Select Navigator nurses can help with a range of health care needs. 

  • From a primary care provider to a specialist for a surgery, you can get help finding a TRICARE-authorized provider who meets your needs.
  • Not sure why your doctor ordered a certain test? TRICARE Select Navigator can help you learn about your care and coverage.
  • Getting ready for a medical appointment can be stressful. A TRICARE Select Navigator nurse can help you prepare for a doctor's visit or hospital stay.
  • Sometimes the hardest part of health care is getting it scheduled! Get help making your appointments with TRICARE Select Navigator.
  • Medical bills can sometimes be hard to understand. Get help understanding a medical bill.

Who’s eligible?
Certain TRICARE Select enrollees are eligible, including those who meet one of the following criteria:

  • You have two or more complex medical conditions. These may include illnesses such as asthma, cancer, depression, diabetes, and heart disease.
  • You have claims totaling $100,000 a year or more. This may happen if you have multiple emergency room trips or hospital admissions.

TRICARE Select Navigator isn't available overseas.
