COPYRIGHT ROYALTY BOARD ANNOUNCES PROCEEDING TO DETERMINE DISTRIBUTION OF 2013 DART ROYALTY FUNDS (80 FR 15632)

The Copyright Royalty Board is commencing a proceeding to determine the distribution of digital audio recording technology royalties in the Copyright Owners and Featured Recording Artists Subfunds of the 2013 Sound Recordings Fund. The board is also announcing its intention to conduct a paper proceeding in this matter. To participate in the proceeding, parties must file petitions no later than April 23, 2015, with accompanying filing fees, if applicable. Those wishing to comment on the board’s intention to conduct a paper proceeding must also do so by April 23. For details, go to www.loc.gov/crb/fedreg.
