COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO AUDIT 2011, 2012, AND 2013 STATEMENTS OF ACCOUNT SUBMITTED BY LIVE365 (80 FR 2974)

 

The Copyright Royalty Judges are announcing receipt of a notice of intent to audit the 2011, 2012, and 2013 statements of account submitted by Live365, Inc., concerning royalty payments it made under sections 112 and 114 of the Copyright Act. SoundExchange, Inc., the organization charged with collecting royalty payments under sections 112 and 114 on behalf of sound recording copyright owners, filed the notices with the judges on December 23, 2014.
