COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES REQUEST COMMENTS ON DISTRIBUTION OF 2013 CABLE AND SATELLITE ROYALTY FUNDS (79 FR 76396)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are requesting comments regarding whether controversies exist among claimants to 2013 cable and satellite retransmission royalty funds about how the funds should be distributed. COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS TO DETERMINE DISTRIBUTION OF 2010, 2011, AND 2012 CABLE AND SATELLITE ROYALTIES (79 FR 76396)

The Copyright Royalty Judges announce the commencement of proceedings to determine distribution of 2010, 2011, and 2012 royalties deposited under the cable and satellite statutory licenses. Those wishing to participate in either or both the Phase I or the Phase II cable royalty proceeding must submit a single petition and a filing fee by January 21, 2015. Similarly, those wishing to participate in either or both the Phase I or the Phase II satellite royalty proceeding must submit a single petition and a filing fee by January 21, 2015. Any party who fails to file a petition by January 21 shall not participate at any stage in either proceeding. For more information, to go http://www.loc.gov/crb/fedreg.

January 21, 2015: Due date for petitions to participate in Phase I and Phase II of proceedings to determine distribution of 2010, 2011, and 2012 cable and satellite royalties (79 FR 76396).
