Looking for a great family activity the day after Thanksgiving? Come to the Library of Congress Young Readers Center for a lively performance of Maurice Sendak's classic "Where the Wild Thing Are." The center's puppet theater will offer the performances at 11 am and 3pm on Nov. 28. In between the performances there will be puppet-making crafts.
The Young Readers Center is in the Jefferson Building, ground floor, Room G-29. 202-707-1950.
In the YRC Puppet Theatre at 11am and 3pm a performance based on the legendary “Where the Wild things Are” by Maurice Sendak.
