COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES SOLICIT COMMENTS ON PROPOSED REGULATIONS GOVERNING DIGITAL PERFORMANCE OF SOUND RECORDINGS AND MAKING OF EPHEMERAL RECORDINGS BY NONCOMMERICAL EDUCATIONAL WEBCASTERS (79 FR 65609)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are publishing for comment proposed regulations governing the rates and terms under sections 112 and 114 of the Copyright Act for digital performances of sound recordings and the making of ephemeral recordings by noncommercial educational webcasters for the period from January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2020.
