COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES MAKE FINAL DETERMINATION ON MINIMUM FEE FOR NONCOMMERCIAL WEBCASTERS FOR LICENSING PERIOD 2006 THROUGH 2010 (79 FR 64669)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are announcing their final determination applicable to the license period from January 1, 2006, through December 31, 2010, upholding a $500 minimum fee for noncommercial webcasters who make ephemeral recordings of copyrighted sound recordings and digitally perform those recordings pursuant to sections 112 and 114 of the Copyright Act.
