COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE ROYALTY RATES FOR DIGITAL PERFORMANCE RIGHT IN SOUND RECORDINGS AND EPHEMERAL RECORDINGS (79 FR 23102)

The Copyright Royalty Judges have announced their final determination of the rates and terms for two statutory licenses permitting certain digital performances of sound recordings and the making of ephemeral recordings for the period from January 1, 2011, through December 31, 2015.
