COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE RECEIPT OF FIVE NOTICES OF INTENT TO AUDIT (79 FR 2699)

The Copyright Royalty Judges announce receipt of five separate notices of intent to audit the 2010, 2011, and 2012 statements of account submitted by Sirius XM Radio, IMUV, Crystal Media Networks, Pandora Media, and LoudCity under sections 112 and 114 of the Copyright Act. The notices were submitted by SoundExchange, the organization charged with collecting royalty payments and statements of account and distributing royalties to copyright owners and performers entitled to receive royalties under sections 112 and 114.
