COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES INVITE COMMENTS ON MOTION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION OF 2009–2011 DART ROYALTY FUNDS (78 FR 64023)

 

The Copyright Royalty Judges are soliciting comments on a motion for a partial distribution of 2009, 2010, and 2011 royalties from the DART Musical Works Fund. Broadcast Music, Inc.; the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers; SESAC, Inc.; and the Harry Fox Agency filed the motion on September 9, 2013, stating that they had reached confidential settlements among themselves concerning their respective distribution shares for 2009 through 2011. Pursuant to section 801(b)(3)(C) of the Copyright Act, the parties asked the judges to publish notice of their motion for a partial (95 percent) distribution and receive comments on the proposal.
