COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES INVITE COMMENT ON PROPOSED RATES AND TERMS FOR MAKING EPHEMERAL RECORDING OF SOUND RECORDINGS BY BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT SERVICES BETWEEN JANUARY 1, 2014, AND DECEMBER 31, 2018 (78 FR 43094)

 

The Copyright Royalty Judges are publishing for comment proposed regulations that set the rates and terms for the making of an ephemeral recording of a sound recording by a business establishment service for the period from January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2018. Comments are due no later than August 19, 2013.
