The Copyright Royalty Judges publish for comment a proposed partial settlement for Subpart B Configurations in the proceeding for Determination of Rates and Terms for Making and Distributing Phonorecords (Phonorecords V)
The Copyright Royalty Judges publish for comment a proposed partial settlement for continuation of regulations for rates and terms applicable for Subpart B Configurations during the period beginning January 1, 2028, and ending December 31, 2032, for the section 115 statutory license for making and distributing phonorecords of nondramatic musical works.
