February 5, 2024:  Petitions to Participate and accompanying $150 filing fee due for proceeding to determine royalty rates and terms for digital performance of sound recordings and making of ephemeral copies to facilitate those performances (Web VI).  (89 FR 812 – NB: the due date in this publication is not accurate, but the Federal Register will publish a notice correcting the due date to February 5, 2024).
