This position is located in the Talent Recruitment and Outreach (TRO) Division, Internships and Fellowships Program Section of the Human Capital Directorate (HCD) at the Library of Congress. This position reports to the Chief, Talent Recruitment and Outreach.

The incumbent provides support for TRO programs and activities and carries out high-level assignments and special projects. Performs research and analyses of new and existing programs/projects, reviews various program plans, and conducts analyses. Oversees implementation of policies and procedures and provides advice and assistance to a major program office within the service unit. Provides operational and project support on a wide variety of complex programs and operations. Supports the Library's inclusion and diversity goals.
