The position serves as a Program Specialist in the Law Library of Congress, Office of External Relations and directly assists in fulfilling the evolving missions of the Law Library of Congress, in promoting its services to the Congress and other constituencies, and to maintain the prestige and stature of the Law Library of Congress as the National Law Library and increasingly as a presence in the international library and research communities.
