The Resources, Science and Industry Division of the Congressional Research Service seeks an Analyst in Environmental Policy. The analyst will possess knowledge of theories, concepts, processes, techniques, principles, and/or practices related to environmental review, NEPA policy, and/or issues related to the implementation of NEPA. This includes knowledge of the history, trends, and evolving status of NEPA and its implementation, policy issues associated with environmental review, and the relationship to federal actions and project delivery.
