This webinar will provide an overview of Turkish elections law, going over subjects such as the constitutional basis of national elections, the relevant legislation, and the administration and organization of municipal, parliamentary, and presidential elections. The webinar will be of interest to legal and political science researchers working on Turkey or elections in general, as well as observers of the recent Turkish national elections of all stripes.
The webinar will be presented by Kayahan Cantekin, foreign law specialist in the Global Legal Research Directorate of the Law Library of Congress.
