Stop by and see the Law Library at the National Book Festival this coming Saturday!

The Law Library of Congress will host a table at the National Book Festival this coming Saturday at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Law Library staff will be available starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Jefferson area of the expo, halls D and E, to answer your questions about our services, collections, and unique expertise in foreign, comparative, and international law. As always, we will have our popular gavel pencils to give away, in addition to a few other items.

Bibliographic and Research Instruction Librarian Barbara Bavis will present “Keeping up with Congress!” at 1:15 p.m. at the Library of Congress Pavilion. Congress.gov is the official legislative information system for the U.S. Congress. Barbara will discuss features of Congress.gov that Americans can use to stay informed about Congressional activity.

We hope to see you on the 12th!
