Join us tonight, 3/23 at 6:30 pm for "Joining Together in Tocqueville’s America."
We hope you can join us tonight at 6:30 pm in the Library of Congress Jefferson Building, room LJ119, for "Joining Together in Tocqueville’s America." This is an in-person event and requires a timed entry pass.
The Law Library of Congress is excited to host Library of Congress John W. Kluge Center Director, Dr. Kevin Butterfield for a discussion of his book, "The Making of Tocqueville's America: Law and Association in the Early United States." This event will support the new Library of Congress "Join In: Voluntary Associations in America" exhibit.
