The Law Library of Congress is proud to present the report, Economic Espionage Laws. 

This report addresses economic espionage laws and the regulation of fraudulent filing of corporate, import-export, and banking documentation. In addition to describing relevant legislation, the report provides examples of convictions and law enforcement activities regarding economic espionage and the violation of export control requirements from the past five years. In addition to this summary, the report consists of individual country surveys for the following countries: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, India, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Peru, South Korea, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Uzbekistan.
