The Law Library of Congress is proud to present the report, Legal framework for nuclear technology and information : Australia, United Kingdom. 

The report provides a high level overview of how these countries’ laws and policies require them to handle nuclear technology and information, including in the context of meeting some of the obligations contained in the new AUKUS agreement on the exchange of naval nuclear propulsion information, which was signed by Australia, the UK, and the United States (US) in November 2021.
