Copyright Royalty Judges Withdraw Proposed Rule in Determination of Royalty Rates and Terms for Making and Distributing Phonorecords (Phonorecords IV)
On March 30, 2022, the Copyright Royalty Judges withdrew a proposed rule that would have set continued, unaltered rates and terms for the section 115 (“mechanical”) license for subpart B configurations of musical works. For more information, click here.
