Copyright Royalty Judges Announce Publication of Final Determination of Rates and Terms for Digital Performance of Sound Recordings and Making of Ephemeral Copies to Facilitate Those Performances (Web V)
The Copyright Royalty Judges announce the publication of their final determination of the rates and terms for two statutory licenses (permitting certain digital performances of sound recordings and the making of ephemeral recordings) for the period beginning January 1, 2021, and ending on December 31, 2025.
