Join Foreign Law Specialist Laney Zhang this week on June 17th at 2:00pm EDT, as she discusses the legal status and authority of various documents under China’s Law on Legislation, including laws passed by the National People’s Congress or its Standing Committee, State Council administrative regulations, departmental rules, local regulations and rules, and judicial interpretations, and how to find them online. In particular, the webinar will discuss the evolving official online publication of Chinese laws, regulations, and court decisions. Specific new laws, such as the Civil Code and Amendment XI to the Criminal Law, both passed in 2020, will be highlighted. Click here to register.
