Copyright Royalty Judges Announce Determination on Rates in Web V Proceeding
Today, the Copyright Royalty Judges are announcing webcasting royalty rates and terms in the Web V rate-setting proceeding for the years 2021–2025. The rates are available at www.crb.gov/rate.
The Judges are also delivering their complete written determination to the participants in the proceeding for their input regarding which portions, if any, contain confidential information that must be redacted from the version that will be released to the public.
