Copyright Royalty Judges Propose Amendments to Regulations regarding Hearing Locations
The Copyright Royalty Judges propose to amend a regulation to clarify that their hearings may be conducted in person at the Library of Congress, at an alternative location, or virtually, at the Judges’ discretion. Comments on the proposed amendment are due no later than 11:59 p.m. eastern time on March 29, 2021. For more information, click here.
