On Thursday, January 14, starting at 11:00AM EST, join Instructional Librarian, Barbara Bavis, for our next entry in our Orientation to Legal Research webinar series, this time on U.S. Case Law. The Orientation to Legal Research Series of classes is designed to give a basic introduction to legal sources and research techniques. This entry in the series provides an overview of U.S. case law research, including information about the U.S. federal court system, the publication of court opinions, methods for researching case law, and information about locating records and briefs.
