The Law Library of Congress is proud to present the report, Civic Space Legal Framework.

This report surveys the legal framework of civic space in Brazil, Finland, Morocco, and Tunisia. Civic space protections include the right to access government information, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, freedom of association, the right to privacy and data protection, and freedom of the press.
