Copyright Royalty Judges Solicit Comments on Proposed Rule to Amend Regulations to Require Electronic Filing of Claims to Royalty Fees Collected Under Compulsory Licenses
The Copyright Royalty Judges propose to amend regulations governing the filing of claims to royalty fees collected under compulsory licenses to require that all claims be filed electronically through the Copyright Royalty Board’s (CRB) electronic filing system (eCRB). Comments on the proposed rule are due no later than June 5, 2020. For more information, click here.
