Law Library Classes – September 2019

The Law Library of Congress offers free in-person classes in Washington, D.C. The in-person classes are held in Madison Building Room LM-201.

"Orientation to Legal Research” (10am-12:30pm) – Thursday September 12. Basic introduction to U.S. legal sources and research techniques, using print and online resources.

“Orientation to Law Library Collections" (10am-11am) – Tuesday September 24. Introduction to the legal collections and services available at the Law Library of Congress.

Congress.gov Webinar” (2pm-3pm EST) – Thursday September 26. Legal reference experts demonstrate how to utilize Congress.gov, the official U.S. federal legislative information website.
