Copyright Royalty Judges Announce Final Determination of Distribution of Various Cable and Satellite Royalties
The Copyright Royalty Judges announced their determination of the distribution of cable and satellite royalties in the program suppliers funds and the devotional funds for numerous years. The royalties cover distant retransmission of broadcast signals by cable and satellite during the years 2004-2009 and 1999-2009, respectively. This determination is made under docket numbers 2012-6 CRB CD 2004-09 (Phase II) and 2012-7 CRB SD 1999-2009 (Phase II). For details, click here.
