JUDGES ISSUE FINAL RULE REGARDING RATES AND TERMS FOR PUBLIC BROADCASTING FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2018, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2022
The Copyright Royalty Judges issued a final rule regarding rates and terms of use for certain works under the section 118 license in connection with noncommercial broadcasting for the period commencing January 1, 2018, and ending December 31, 2022.
