COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES SOLICIT REPLY COMMENTS ON A PROPOSED SETTLEMENT REGARDING A SPORTS SURCHARGE ROYALTY FOR CERTAIN CABLE RETRANSMISSIONS
The Copyright Royalty Judges solicit reply comments on a proposed settlement relating to a cable system license royalty surcharge for retransmission of broadcasts of certain professional sports events.
