COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES SEEK COMMENTS ON MOTION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION OF 2015 DART SOUND RECORDINGS FUND ROYALTIES (82 FR 38713)
The Copyright Royalty Judges have received a notice of settlement and a motion from The Alliance of Artists and Recording Companies (AARC), on behalf of itself and claimants with which it has reached settlements. The settling parties seek partial (98 percent) distribution of 2015 DART Sound Recordings Fund royalties. The requests are for Featured Recording Artists Subfund and Copyright Owners Subfund royalties. This notice seeks comments from interested parties who may have reasonable objections that preclude the requested distribution. Parties objecting to the partial distribution must advise the judges of the existence and extent of their objections by September 14, 2017. For details, click here.
