COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES SEEK COMMENTS ON PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION OF 2010–13 CABLE ROYALTY FUNDS (82 FR 7876)
The Copyright Royalty Judges seek comments on a motion requesting partial distribution of cable television distant retransmission royalties under section 111 of the Copyright Act for the years 2010 through 2013. The royalties in question are claimed by National Public Radio and Music Claimants, including Broadcast Music, Inc.; the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers; and SESAC, Inc. The judges seek comments from interested parties to determine whether any claimant entitled to receive royalties has a reasonable objection to the proposed distribution.
