COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE TECHNICAL AMENDMENT TO ADDRESS OUTDATED REGULATION (81 FR 83141)
The Copyright Royalty Judges are amending their regulations to relocate the provisions dealing with coin-operated phonorecord players from the section of the Code of Federal Regulations containing Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel (CARP) regulations to the section containing Copyright Royalty Board regulations.
