REPLY COMMENTS INVITED ON COMMENTS RECEIVED ABOUT PROPOSED ROYALTY RATES FOR MAKING AND DISTRIBUTING PHONORECORDS OF NONDRAMATIC MUSICAL WORKS (81 FR 71657)

The Copyright Royalty Judges invite reply comments to comments they have received about proposed regulations setting the royalty rates and terms for licensing the production and distribution of phonorecords of nondramatic musical works under section 115 of the Copyright Act from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2022. The proposed regulations and the comments filed in response to them are available on the website of the Copyright Royalty Board. Reply comments are due no later than November 17, 2016.
