COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES CLARIFY RULE REGARDING REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL STATIONS (81 FR 40190)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are announcing a technical amendment clarifying the rule announced on May 19, 2016, that relaxes certain reporting requirements for educational stations that pay no more than the minimum fee for the use of sound recordings under the statutory licenses in Sections 112 and 114 of the Copyright Act.
