COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE AMENDED RULE REGARDING REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL STATIONS (81 FR 31506)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are announcing the adoption of a rule that relaxes certain reporting requirements for educational stations that pay no more than the minimum fee for the use of sound recordings under the statutory licenses in Sections 112 and 114 of the Copyright Act. May 26: Due date for petitions to participate and notices of intent to participate regarding further proceedings to adjust cable rates for certain sports telecasts for 2015–19 (81 FR 24655).

May 31: Due date for any objections to motion for partial distribution of 2014 satellite royalty funds (81 FR 25719).

June 16: Due date for any objections to motion for partial distribution of 2012 and 2013 DART Musical Works Fund royalties (81 FR 30568).
