COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES SEEK COMMENTS ON MOTION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION OF DART MUSICAL WORKS FUND ROYALTIES (81 FR 30568)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are soliciting comments on a motion for partial (95 percent) distribution of 2012 AND 2013 DART Musical Works Fund royalties under section 801(b)(3)(C) of the Copyright Act. Broadcast Music, Inc.; the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers; SESAC; and the Harry Fox Agency filed the motion with the Copyright Royalty Judges, who now seek to ascertain whether any claimant entitled to receive royalties has a reasonable objection that would preclude the requested distribution. Respondents must advise the Judges of the existence and extent of their objections no later than June 16, 2016. For details, click here.

June 16: Due date for any objections to motion for partial distribution of 2012 and 2013 DART Musical Works Fund royalties (81 FR 30568).
