COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE PROCEEDING TO DETERMINE RATES AND TERMS FOR MAKING AND DISTRIBUTING PHONORECORDS (81 FR 255)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are commencing a proceeding to determine reasonable rates and terms for making and distributing phonorecords under section 115 of the Copyright Act for the period from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2022. The Copyright Royalty Judges are commencing a proceeding to determine reasonable rates and terms for the use of certain copyrighted works by public broadcasting entities under section 118 of the Copyright Act for the period from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2022. COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE PROCEEDING TO DETERMINE RATES AND TERMS FOR SATELLITE RADIO AND PREEXISTING SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (81 FR 255)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are commencing a proceeding to determine reasonable rates and terms for the digital performance of sound recordings and the making of ephemeral recordings by satellite radio and preexisting subscription services under sections 112 and 114 of the Copyright Act for the period from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2022.
